DESCRIPTION:NEPPA will be holding a Kick-off General Foreman’s Roundtable on Thursday\, September 8\, 2022 at the NEPPA Training Center (200 New Estate Road\, Littleton\, MA 01460). \nWe’d love your support as we want to bring together the Journeyman lineman that are leading your utility operations. The final agenda is yet not approved however some of the topics will include identification of the difficulty of transitioning into a leadership position; the NEPPA Underground Training Yard construction and utilization; and the need and implementation of a climbing school for all new apprentices. \n \nIt will certainly be worth your efforts to attend the roundtable.  \n			\n				Register Now
