DESCRIPTION:2026 General Foreman RoundtableMarch 26\, 2026 (8:30 am – 1:00 pm) | NEPPA Training Center\n\nNortheast Public Power is excited to host General Foreman from the region to come together for this interactive roundtable discussion. This year’s General Foreman Roundtable will be held Thursday\, March 26\, 2026 from 8:30am-1:00pm at the NEPPA Training Center (200 New Estate Road\, Littleton\, MA 01460).  \n  \nThis General Foreman Roundtable is an open\, experience-based discussion focused on the real decisions General Foremen face in electric utility work. This session is designed as a moderated peer-to-peer conversation. Seasoned and newer General Foremen alike are encouraged to share their experiences\, perspectives\, and lessons learned—from decisions made under pressure\, to managing risk in the field\, to building and maintaining trust with crews. \nThe goal is simple: learn from each other. By openly discussing what works\, what doesn’t\, and what we’ve learned along the way\, we strengthen our leadership\, improve safety\, and grow together as professionals. He then worked for Kay Electric Cooperative in Blackwell\, Oklahoma\, where he spent 11 years. In that time\, he received his Lineworker Certificate from Northwest Lineman College. In 2019\, Codie received the “Above and Beyond” Award from the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives for providing emergency care for an individual in a vehicle accident while he was on the job. In his free time\, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with my family. Codie is NEPPA’s Manager of Safety and Training\, moving to New Hampshire in early 2025 to join the NEPPA team. \n					\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					Ken Rollins\n					Trainer\, Northeast Public Power Association \n					Ken has been involved with the utility business for over 47 years\, starting in the Danvers Water Dept. in the mid-seventies. He transferred to Danvers Electric Light in the mid-eighties going through his apprenticeship to become a journeyman lineman. In 1990\, he was hired by Middleton Electric as a First Class Lineman and was promoted to Crew Leader\, then Line Foreman and then became the Facilities Coordinator. \nHe has been involved with multiple Mutual Aid Storm related emergencies as a lineman and supervisor all over New England\, Florida and the Virgin Islands. His knowledge and skills have greatly benefited the NEPPA team in NEPPA safety meetings as well as the NEPPA Apprentice program. \n					\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Registration\nRegistration includes coffee and baked goods in the morning and afternoon lunch. If you have any dietary restrictions\, please make note of them when you register.  \n  \n2026 Roundtable Fees: \nMembers $50 \nNon-Members $75 \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Cancellation Policy\nCancellations are accepted until two weeks prior to the start of the event.
