SUMMARY:Hoisting 1B - 1D
DESCRIPTION:NEPPA offers hoisting Continuing Education and Test Prep classes for: \n> Hoisting 1B-1D: hoisting machines\, i.e. cranes and bucket trucks\n> Hoisting 2A-2C: digging machines\, i.e. excavators and backhoes \nPer mandated requirement\, all classes are scheduled for 4 hours. These classes are for both\, continuing education (to renew the license) and the test prep (to prepare for the test to receive a brand-new license). \nONLY test prep attendees are NOT required to attend the full 4 hours of class. \nStudents attending classes for continuing education will need to bring their hoisting license for verification and will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each class. If the hoisting license is not brought to class for verification\, or if the license has been expired for more than a year\, the certificate will not be issued. In this case\, you will have to take the test again. Those who attend for the test prep will receive information to study for the test. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Class Schedule*\nHoisting classes are scheduled to be held quarterly at the NEPPA Training Center\, however dates are subject to change and may be cancelled if there is lack of interest. \nHoisting Training is also offered @Your-Site. Some of Dan’s responsibilities covered construction\, maintenance\, and safety of the electric line division.  Dan continues to maintain his  1B/2A Mass. hoisting license and a Mass. Class A Driving license. \nDan is a lifelong resident of Wakefield\, MA where he lives with his wife Alayne of 39 years they have two adult children. \nHe says “It is a privilege  to continue to be involved with the public power industry in New England to give back any knowledge I’ve acquired over these many years.”\n					\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Lodging\nLodging is not included in your registration fees and must be arranged directly with the hotel.
