The Town of Danvers welcomes applications for the full-time benefitted position of Safety & Sustainability Coordinator with the Electric Division. The Town of Danvers is a reputable Town on the North Shore, providing a supportive and welcoming environment for Town staff – including a commitment to professional development and policies to support a good work/life balance. Under the direction of the Assistant Utility Director or designee, the Safety and Sustainability Coordinator oversees the division’s comprehensive safety training programs and supports town-wide sustainability initiatives. Serves as the division’s point of contact for safety and is responsible for ensuring the safe and legal use of all division’s resources including personal, equipment, facilities, and supplies.
This position works 35 hours per week. Non-Union position (Grade 15) pay scale starting at $86,577.58 annually, with the ability to move through scale (via step system) to the max step at $105,491.20. Hiring range DOQ. Excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance with employer contribution to premium.
