Key Responsibilities:
- Drive stock truck and maintain proper records for shipping and receiving.
- Utilize IVue System for accurate inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with departments and districts for delivery scheduling and distribution.
- Maintain equipment and conduct daily inspections.
- Provide Purchasing/Warehouse Manager up to date inventory needs and upkeep of delivery truck and equipment.
- Ships, receives, distributes, documents, unloads, loads, records, plans, and is quality control for the department.

Key Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining a strong positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and pivot based on urgent requests. Understanding and following established processes.
- Process improvement; recognizing and presenting ideas for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- CDL B – new holders are welcome to apply!
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Must be flexible because of varying job assignments.
- Occasional unassisted lifting of up to 75 pounds.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s license and must meet the carrier standard for insurability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of driving heavy-duty trucks including loading, unloading, and securing loads.
- Forklift operations strongly preferred. Also, able to successfully operate a stock truck, hydraulic lift, pallet jacks and other types of heavy equipment when required.
- Adaptable to change, based on the weather.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with a personal computer and Microsoft Office desired. Shipping software experience with common carriers a plus.

Working Conditions:
Must work inside and out. May be working outside in all weather conditions. Some heavy lifting required. Some overtime may be required, including dispensing stock in case of a major outage.
Assistance with power restoration efforts is required of all employees. It may be required during regular business hours that employees will be assigned functions to support power restoration and for some employees that may be different from their normal duties. In addition, such assistance may require working nights, weekends, and holidays, which may involve considerable extra hours. In order to meet this working condition all employees are required to provide a personal phone number where they may be reached after hours. This number will only be used for internal purposes.
