Human Resources (HR) Roundtable
Tuesday, December 8, 2026 (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
NEPPA Training Center (200 New Estate Rd., Littleton MA 01460)

Human Resources plays a vital role in building a positive workplace, supporting employees, navigating challenges, and helping organizations thrive. This roundtable brings together public power colleagues to share ideas, exchange experiences, discuss common challenges, and learn from one another. You don’t need “HR” in your job title to have an important role in human resources! Whether you handle hiring, employee relations, workplace policies, benefits, or other employee-focused responsibilities, your perspective matters. Come ready to share, ask questions, learn from your peers, and leave with fresh ideas you can put into action at your own utility.

If you have a suggested topic you would like to discuss please email it to registrar@neppa.org.

This roundtable is not restricted to those with a Human Resources title but open to all those who have HR responsibilities as part of their roles.
