Thunder & Lightning Storm Awareness

Lightning, high winds, heavy rains and hail are only part of the danger. Thunderstorms have tremendous destructive power. Each year lightning kills 300 people and injures another 80 in the United States alone. In addition to lightning, thunderstorms produce heavy rains which lead to flash flooding, hail, tornadoes, and strong downbursts of winds called microbursts that are capable of pushing an airliner in flight down to the ground.

You can make it simple for the inspector to conduct their evaluation and you can use the inspection to learn about workplace safety and ensure your employees are well-protected against worksite dangers moving forward.
BE TICK AWARE

Tick bite prevention is a critical first step to prevent Lyme disease and/or other tick-borne illnesses. Each year, ticks are becoming more active beyond tick season (spring to late summer/fall). They are also expanding their geographical footprint. Lyme disease cases are increasing. You can be bitten by a tick in your own backyard.
