NEPPA’s Annual Membership Meeting & Apprentice Lineworker Graduation

Our membership meeting is a time to review the past year and learn about NEPPA’s plans for 2026. It’s an opportunity to build relationships with professional colleagues and industry partners. Come meet with old and new friends!

 

This event also includes a graduation ceremony to appreciate and honor our 2025 Apprentice Lineworker Program graduates. We hope you will join us in support our graduating class, as they become the future of public power.

Corporate and Affiliate Members

If you are interested in having a display table at the meeting, you are welcome to, at no charge. When you register, please note that you would like a display table. Tables are subject to availability, so please let us know at your earliest convenience. 

Lodging Information

If you are in need of accommodations, the AC Hotel by Marriott is offering discounted room rates to event attendees. 

To make your overnight accommodations, please contact the hotel directly and mention you’re with the Northeast Public Power Association or NEPPA 2025 Annual Membership Meeting to get the rate.

Rooms and rates are held until Wednesday, November 12, 2025 and are based on availability so please book as soon as possible.

Parking Information

Parking is available in the hotel garage for a fee.

Our group has a negotiated overnight parking rate of $15.00 per vehicle, per night.  Those staying at the hotel will receive validated parking at check-in and the charge will be added to their bill.

Day guests should tell the front desk that they are with the NEPPA conference to get the discounted daytime parking rate of $8.00 per vehicle.
