General Foreman Roundtable – March 2026

March 26, 2026 @ 8:30 am - 1:00 pm EDT

2026 General Foreman Roundtable
March 26, 2026 (8:30 am – 1:00 pm) | NEPPA Training Center

Northeast Public Power is excited to host General Foreman from the region to come together for this interactive roundtable discussion. This year’s General Foreman Roundtable will be held Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 8:30am-1:00pm at the NEPPA Training Center (200 New Estate Road, Littleton, MA 01460).

This General Foreman Roundtable is an open, experience-based discussion focused on the real decisions General Foremen face in electric utility work. This session is designed as a moderated peer-to-peer conversation. Seasoned and newer General Foremen alike are encouraged to share their experiences, perspectives, and lessons learned—from decisions made under pressure, to managing risk in the field, to building and maintaining trust with crews.

The goal is simple: learn from each other. By openly discussing what works, what doesn’t, and what we’ve learned along the way, we strengthen our leadership, improve safety, and grow together as professionals. Bring your experience, your questions, and your willingness to engage

Topics to Be Discussed

1. How General Foremen Decide Under Pressure
2. Who Owns the Risk When We Deviate from Manufacturer Instructions?
3. Building Trust Between Foremen and Crews

If you wish to submit a topic for discussion, please email communications@neppa.org and we will add it to the agenda.
