Description
Hull Municipal Light Plant is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily utility operations and support the safe, reliable delivery of electric service to the community. This position will assist with supervising field crews, coordinating system maintenance and construction projects, supporting outage response efforts, and ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in electric utility operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to participate in 24/7 emergency and after-hours response.
