Hudson Light and Power is a community-owned municipal electric utility serving the towns of Hudson and Stow Massachusetts. We are seeking a temporary full-time Customer Service Representative from April 2025 to October 2025. This position will support the office and the Customer Relations Department in all phases of customer accounts and daily operations of the Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide all phases of customer service.
• Customer intake, set up, removal and processing of new customer accounts.
• Process all receipts, data entry, bank deposits, and exception report for billing.
• Answer telephones and assist customers at the window.
• Utilize office billing system.
• Document filing.
• Other office duties as required.
Salary: $22.00/Hr
Qualifications:
This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, the ability to work under stress, proficiency in keyboarding, discretion, good judgement, organizational ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently. A minimum of a High School, Trade School or equivalent education is desired.
