The North Attleborough Electric Department, a municipal electric utility with approximately 14,000 customer meters, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of:
POSITION TITLE: INFORMATION SYSTEMS REPRESENTATIVE
FULL TIME – 40 hours per week (8:00- 4:30))
IBEW Local 104-Unit A
Hourly Starting Wage $30.62
Essential duties and responsibilities in this position will provide backup and support for multiple positions within the organization.
Assists with all customer service, billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll and social media tasks using NAED Customer Information Systems (CIS), Meter Data Management Systems (MDM), Financial Management Systems (FMS), and Microsoft Office Business applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Associate degree and 1-3 years of related experience within the field of customer service and administrative assistance. Must continually update knowledge to keep pace with industry and service developments as deemed necessary by management. A valid driver’s license is required.
