WebinarNEPPA and Collaborative Learning, Inc. have partnered to offer a series of four 1-hour webinars to help NEPPA members better understand regulatory requirements, leadership skills, a changing workforce, and emerging technologies in the utility industry.
The NEPPA Webinar Series is being offered as part of NEPPA's Public Utility Management Program (PUMP). Participation in at least two of four webinars is expected as part of completing PUMP.

Project Management & Customer Relations
VirtuallyIn partnership with Collaborative Learning, Inc., NEPPA is pleased to offer a two half day Project Management & Customer Relations course being held in conjunction with the Public Utility Management Progam (PUMP) on Tuesday, November 17 & Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
This course provides a basic understanding project management principles, policies and processes. The course also helps participants understand dynamics of the municipal-utility customer relationship as well as financial management, budgeting and long-term financial planning methods.

The Program will introduce how meters are used as an integral part of the distribution system and why their accurate and efficient readings are critical to a utility's success.

Apprentice Lineworker Program – Year 1
NEPPA Training Center 200 New Estate Rd, Littleton, MA, United States(8:00 am - 2:00 pm)
NEPPA has adopted the four-year curriculum of the Northwest Lineman College’s Lineworker Certification Program and combines hands-on and formal classroom training. Students attend class four times a year for four days each to complete the four-year program.
*NEW* Beginning in 2021, each Friday of the session will consist of a virtual review of the week's material and online testing. Students should plan to attend classes in-person at the Training Center Tuesday - Thursday, and join the session(s) remotely on Friday.
