The Town of Concord seeks an experienced Lineworker– Gr1 to perform field services for our transmission/distribution system. Responsibilities include installation, repair, and maintenance of both overhead and underground components. Candidates must excel in safety compliance, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional customer service. Proficiency in utility construction techniques, electrical theory, and reading construction drawings is essential. Requires equivalent to HS diploma, completion of apprenticeship program & min 4 yrs progressive related electric line experience. Must possess Class A MA CDL License, Class 1B & 2A or 2B Hoisting Licenses. Drug/alcohol screening is a condition of employment. Starting range: $55.73–$62/hr; DOQ.
